Maps4RealEstate is a web-service, enabling you to create and edit individual and personalized maps. The use of the web-service is only permitted for private, non-commercial, purposes. Use or processing for other purposes is not permitted if no Maps4RealEstate contracts have been made.

Please note that Maps4RealEstate is a service created and located in Hanover, Germany. We provide this "English Version" as a preview to those who are interested in the service. Therefore, we provide a general "Disclaimer" in English but refer to the original "Nutzungsbedingungen" (Terms of Use) in German language on www.map-machine.de. If you want to become a registered user of Maps4RealEstate you need to be aware that you are using a German web-service with a translated user-interface and German Terms and Conditions, as follows:
